Our Guiding Principles

Our Guiding Principles are our values and determine whether we are seen as a great place to work by our employee owners and a great company to do business with by our customers. Every employee owner commits to adopt and celebrate good behaviours and call out bad ones. We take responsibilty, recognise our wins and always strive to be better in what we do. We learn from our mistakes and be open to feedback whilst praising good effort and being kind to all. We question too. Is there a better process to do this? How can we be more efficient? We are always challenging and sharing ideas for improvements.
